With decades of experience in the IT industry and a track record of leading large teams across financial-, logistic-, entertainment-and property industries brings a deep understanding of the people and technical aspects of our business. Aaron maintained team engagement and satisfaction levels of well above 85% over his career, always putting people first. As with an engaged team all challenges can be overcome, and great value and outcomes delivered.
